Learning
What does a program look like?
Each program is divided into modules with one lesson or task per day, stage assessments and a final project. Paid programs are planned at about 30 days of roughly two hours a day; the free AI Prompting & Prompt Engineering course is shorter — about 22 days at roughly one hour a day. It is a suggested rhythm, not a timer: you can pause, catch up and work at your own pace.
Is the free course really complete?
Yes. AI Prompting & Prompt Engineering is free in full: every lesson, exercise and download, its assessments, the course's AI tutor within daily limits, and a completion certificate when you meet its criteria. You can read the lessons without an account; a free account (no payment details) saves your progress and unlocks the assessments, tutor and certificate.
Will I become a professional after one program?
No program can promise that. Yumeora programs are structured, project-based practice designed to help you build practical skills through consistent work. What you achieve depends on your effort and starting point.
What does the AI tutor do?
Each skill has its own built-in AI tutor. Inside a lesson you choose what you need — an explanation, a worked example, the exercise broken into steps, extra practice, a hint, feedback on your saved draft, a summary or project guidance — and it teaches from that lesson using only the course material you are allowed to see. It isn't an open chat: tutors stay within their skill, can be wrong, and guide you rather than doing graded work for you.
Assessments and certificates
How are assessments graded?
Multiple-choice and similar questions are scored automatically. Written answers and projects are assessed against a published rubric with AI assistance; the final score and pass/fail decision are calculated by our server, not by the AI. You can see criterion-level feedback and request a human review.
Can I retake an assessment?
Yes. Each attempt draws a fresh mix of questions where enough alternatives exist, and your earlier attempts stay in your history. Daily limits apply to keep things fair.
Are Yumeora certificates accredited?
No. Yumeora certificates are platform-issued achievement certificates that describe what you completed and demonstrated. They are not accredited qualifications, degrees or professional licenses. Anyone can check a certificate's validity on our verification page.
Billing
How does paid access work?
Each paid skill is unlocked with a one-time purchase that gives lifetime access. Once paid courses are published, an optional annual All-Access subscription will also be offered; it is never required. Prices, renewal terms and access rules are shown before checkout. Access is granted only after the payment provider confirms the payment.
Can I cancel a subscription?
Yes, from Settings → Billing. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds follow our published Refund and Cancellation Policy and any rights you have under applicable law.
Account and privacy
Who can see my Skill Passport?
Only you, by default. You can share it through a private link that you can revoke at any time, or make it public. Your email address, assessment answers and billing details are never shown on it.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, from Settings → Account. Deleting your account removes your profile, progress, projects and conversations. Some payment records must be kept for legal and accounting reasons; they are de-identified. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
